On September 10, 2005, Mike Cooper from Washington, DC met Celine Dion at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, after winning an Ebay auction organised by comedian Kathy Griffin with an
extremely generous bid of $6900, donated to the Red Cross. The auction win was first a meeting but she postponed her Vegas appearance, and Kathy was able to make arrangements to see Celine Dion's show. |
