(2004) On March 25, 2004, the National Safety Council launched a multilingual series of public service announcements to help keep families safe by emphasizing simple measures for protecting children as vehicle passengers. The nationwide television and radio campaign featured Celine Dion, recorded early in March 2004.

"I'm doing these public service announcements because together, we have the opportunity to change these statistics," said Celine Dion. "As a mother, I know first-hand the importance of these messages."

There were two versions: the english version featured the song You and I, and the french version, an adaptation in french of this song, entitled Mes ailes à moi.
