On Friday, August 29, 2003, the four finalists from the 'Canadian Idol' show were scheduled to attend Celine Dion's "A New Day" and meet the diva herself.
Celine Dion was candid with the finalists, who asked questions, and posed for pictures with the diva. Gary Beals, Audrey de Montigny, Billy Klippert, and Ryan Malcolm, also went on a backstage tour.
"Be kind. Be generous. Be smart. Work hard, but have fun. The best is yet to come," Celine Dion told them.
