ARTICLE 1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1. Open to all natural persons. No purchase necessary.

1.2. Limit one participation per person and per home. Any attempt by any participant to play more than once per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or other methods will lead to his disqualification. All winners are subject to verification.

1.3. To play, visit www.celinedionweb.com and access the icon, banner or text link to be taken to the contest page. At the page, you will have the opportunity to win points by answering a multiple choice trivia question. A different question will be posted each day. The answer to the question will be available within the content of www.celinedionweb.com. After you select your answer, click the submit button. Upon submitting your answer, you will be required to register for the contest by providing the information requested, specifically name, address, city, state, zip, email address, birth date, gender. When you register you will select a user name and password. If you are a returning participant you will be asked to log in using your username and password. Once you have registered and/or logged in, you can submit your answer and if it's correct, you will win points depending on the difficulty of the question. The more points you have, the more chances you have to win the monthly random drawing.

ARTICLE 2. CONTEST PERIOD: A winner is chosen every month. Game Administrator's computer is the Official time keeping device of this contest. According to the server, you loaded this page at 13:09. Each new question is displayed from 00:00 to 23:59:59.

ARTICLE 3. RANDOM DRAWING:

3.1. Every month, a random drawing will be held by Administrator among all eligible participants. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible participants and their respective amount of points.

3.2. The drawing random for the current month will be held during the first week of the next month.

3.3. Example:
Suppose that 3 players participate to the the contest: Celine, Rene et Rene-Charles. Suppose that every question worth 10 points. At the end of the month, Celine, who answered right to 30 questions, got 300 points; Rene, who answered right to 20 questions, got 200 points; Rene-Charles, who answered right to 10 questions, got 100 points. The total amount of points is 600. So, at the drawing time, Celine has 1 chance out of 2 to win; Rene has 1 chance out of 3 to win; René-Charles has 1 chance out of 6 to win. Finally, the more points a player has, the more chances he has to win the monthly random drawing.

ARTICLE 4. PRIZES/ODDS:

4.1. The following prizes will be available to be awarded for November: three copies of the CD single I Believe in You (Je crois en toi)" in duet with the group Il Divo. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) US$12.00.

4.2. All taxes on prizes and expenses relating to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize transfer or cash redemption or substitution, but Administrator reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable.

4.3. The prize winner will be notified instantly of his prize and provided with prize award details. Prizes which are not claimed or are forfeited will be awarded the next month. The winner's name, city and country will be published on www.celinedionweb.com.

ARTICLE 5. GENERAL:

5.1. By participating, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree to these rules and decisions of Administrator and judges which shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters relating to this contest.

5.2. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the contest or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Administrator.

5.3. Administrator is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. Administrator assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of, the web site or any technical failure or malfunction. Administrator is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of any website related to this contest.

5.4. Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods, or entries effected by third party persons or entities not actually the named entrant, will disqualify all entries, and entrants, using such methods.

5.5. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate at the time of entry. By participating, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree if a winner to the announcement/use of name, entry, voice, image and/or likeness for trade, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) by Administrator and those acting pursuant to Administrator's direction, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.

ARTICLE 7. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: All brands and products mentioned herein are trademarks of their respective holders. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the laws of France, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Administrator in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of France, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in France.
