On Tuesday, December 16th, 2003, Celine Dion taped the TV special "Les Plus Belles Voix Québécoises", at Mel's studios, in Montreal, Quebec. The show was  broadcasted on December 27 on the French channel France 2 and, on December 31 on TVA (entitled "La Soirée Exceptionnelle De La Franchophonie à Montréal").
