On Thursday, December 18th, 2003, Celine Dion gave a news conference, for the Sainte-Justine Childrens Hospital fundraising drive in Montreal, Quebec.

On Wednesday, December 17th, 2003, Celine Dion performed at a special charity event at the Bell Centre in Montréal, QC to benefit the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Quebec (Lou Gehrig's disease). The private function also featured Garou and Marc Dupré. This event was organized in support of André Delambre, Vice-President of Finances and Administration

On Tuesday, December 16th, 2003, Celine Dion taped the TV special "Les Plus Belles Voix Québécoises", at Mel's studios, in Montreal, Quebec. The show was  broadcasted on December 27 on the French channel France 2 and, on December 31 on TVA (entitled "La Soirée Exceptionnelle De La Franchophonie à Montréal"). This special lasted two hours.

On December 10th 2003, Celine Dion presented an award at the Billboard Music Awards, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On Thursday, December 4th, 2003, Celine Dion came at the funeral services for her father, Adhemar Dion, in Charlemagne, Quebec. Adhemar Dion died in his sleep, Sunday, November 30th, 2003, after a long illness (bone cancer). He was 80.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2003, Las Vegas celebrated World Children's Day at the McDonald's restaurant located at 2650 W. Sahara. Celine Dion joined Ken Barun (President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities) and Joann Malone (Ronald McDonald House Executive Director) in helping to raise awareness for children's causes. On November 8, 2003, Celine Dion met with Michael Jackson, on backstage of her residency show 'A New Day...', at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On Sunday, October 12, 2003, in Carlsbad, in Southern California, Celine Dion, who is vacationing in San Diego, spends the day at Legoland California theme park with Rene and Rene-Charles.
