On October 27, 2007, Celine Dion took part in the show "The X Factor", a television talent show, in London, UK. The show was broadcast live at 6:25 p.m. on ITV channel in UK. She was also interviewed during the show "The Xtra Factor".
Celine performed the song "Taking chances".
After her performance, Celine said:
"It was an amazing thrill for me to be back in the UK. It was an honour to meet all of the contestants. I'm glad I'm not a judge because I wouldn't like to choose between them (...) Leon was great, I like his style, you just want to hug him. Rhydian, it's an extraordinary talent, Beverely, Niki – she's a gutsy girl"
