On February 9, 2013, Celine Dion took part in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, in Beijing, China. The television show welcomed the Lunar New Year.
Celine first performed in Mandarin a rendition of the Chinese folk song "Mo Li Hua", in duet with Chinese soprano Song Zuying. She then performed "My Heart Will Go On", the song that made her a household name in China. After the show, Celine gave an interview broadcast on the chinese channel CCTV.
