The Colour of My Love Tour (Tour from 1993 to 1995)

"The Colour of My Love" Tour is Celine Dion's first world tour. Between September 1993 and May 1995, she gave over 100 concerts in North America, Japan and Europe.

Tour Book

A tour programme in French and in English was distributed. There were only few copies available. This programme was sold at limited places where Celine did a concert in 1994. Its dimensions are 24 x 30 centimeter.

Tour Route

The tour started with two concerts in September 1993 in Quebec City, Canada, which were later used for the TV specials and a DVD. From February to August 1994, she toured the United States and Canada. In September-October 1994, Celine performed a few shows in Europe, including three concerts at the Paris Olympia in France. In November 1994 she gave three shows in Canada, and in December 1994 she sang in Japan. Celine also toured Europe again in May 1995, where she ended the tour.

Recordings

The September 7-8, 1993 concerts at Le Théâtre Capitole, Quebec City, Canada were filmed and aired at CTV in December 1993 and the Disney Channel in February 1994. The concerts were conceived, staged and directed by Tony Greco. They were used for "The Colour Of My Love Concert" home video.

On September 28-29, 1994, during a series of sold-out shows at the Paris Olympia, France, Celine recorded a live album. It has been released at the end of the year, under the title "Céline Dion à l'Olympia".
