On Friday December 4, 2009, Celine Dion took part in the taping of "Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade" holiday TV special, at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The television special was broadcasted on ABC on December 25.

On the same day, Nancy O'Dell, from the famous weekday television entertainment news program "Access Hollywood", interviewed Celine who opened up about her future family plans. The special interview was broadcasted on December 8, 2009 on Syndicated channel. Celine told O´Dell about her relationship with her son, Rene Charles, and how she let him make the choice about cutting his hair, a requirement for the school he was attending.
