On July 11, 1989, Celine Dion took part in the Festival d'Été de Quebec at the Place D’Youville, Quebec, in front of an audience 30 000 people. For the occasion, the Pop Philharmonic ensemble composed of 52 musicians, under the direction of Gilles Ouellet, accompanied Celine Dion for her show.
